A failed atm transaction was done on 01/08/2018 , in this regarding I resistered a complaint on the same day, which ticket no is 4641212419. Failed transaction amount Rs 10000 is not refunded within 7 working day from the date of complaint.Therefore I'm claiming that refund me failed transaction amount Rs10000 with compensation of Rs 100 per day as per RBI rule, which circular no is DPSS.PD.NO.2632/02.10.002/2010-2011 dated may 27 2011
