Complaint Details
My connection no. is +91-9560008619. I bought a handset protection plan from airtel at INR 100 (excluding taxes) per month and I have been paying for this service since past May 2018. I recently filed a claim as my handset accidentally fell out of my hand and the screen developed a crack but they REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CLAIM and rejected it by saying it as "IMPROPER HANDLING". Please help.
