My Self Made electricity bill payment through net banking on dated 10.09.2018 of Bill amount 2804, While making payment i did not received any amount received message from Tata power costumer, But from my account transaction is completed, and I also got physical statement of my account and same i shared with Tata power, But still they wer saying that our system is not showing any amount paid by me.We will make request for payment to the bank. but already went 12 days still i did not got any solution nor amount returned refunded in my account. how shall i recover the deducted amount from Bank, The bank statement I received a am attaching for your reference. please do the need full ASAP.
