Complaint Details
I ordered a lcd screen for my phone on 14/09/2018, 08:48 PM and received a faulty partially working LCD frrom them on Tue,18th Sep'18. I then requested for replacement on the same day,i received reply fro them on 20/09/2018, 01:43 PM. they requested me to maill some pictures of LCD sceen. i sent theem pictures o the same day. now they are not responding to me. its more then 7 days now and i still have not received replacement or refund fro them.Please help me.
