I want to share my problem , which i am facing with nest away.
i have paid two months rent as advance to nestAway and started my stay here. everything was going all well , all of sudden , due to some reason , i could not able to pay one month rent. so i have got mail from nestaway that my licence and leave agreement got terminated , i have to vacate the flat, since i am not allowed to stay officially there, so next day i left that place.

after two months the rent has been generated with my name and also there was a Legal notice sent to my place, stating that i have to pay 12K amount, otherwise , the legal action will be taken.

I want to ask, where is my fault? even i did not ask for my advance , again i forced to pay 19k.

IS this right????????????????????????????
