Hello Sir/Madame,

I bought 4 shirt pack from zookr, the shirt long sleeve is short and tight, can not button up. i emailed and rung them very next day of the delivery. they ask me to send photo i emailed them manytimes they did not reply, now they say they can not return and refund..

could you please help me to file a complaint against zookr
