I HAVE REGISTERED WITH WORLD PHONE TEAM (CUST ID H23335) FOR PREPAID INTERNET SERVICES. AS PER WORLD PHONE TEAM POLICY, THE PLAN IS PREPAID AND VALID FOR 30 DAYS. I HAD MADE MY RECENT PAYMENT ON 2ND SEPTEMBER 8:30 PM AND AS PER WORLD PHONE TEAM CUSTOMER LOGIN PAGE, THE PLAN IS VALID TILL 1ST OCTOBER 8:30 PM. BUT THE INTERNET SERVICES WAS STOPPED ON 24TH SEPTEMBER (22 DAYS INSTEAD OF 30 DAYS VALIDITY). SINCE LAST 2 WEEKS WORLD PHONE TEAM IS NOT RESPONSING TO CUSTOMER COMPLIANTS OVER CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAILS.
2) WORLD PHONE TEAM HAS FORGERED MY SIGNATURE ON CUSTOMER REGISTRATION FORM WITHOUT MY CONCERN.I HAVE A COPY OF CRF WHICH WAS PROVIDED DURING MY REGISTRATION. NOW THEY ARE SHOWING DIFFERENT CRF.
3) I HAVE ATTECHED EMAIL COMMUNICATION WITH WORLD PHONE TEAM FOR YOUR READY REFERENCE
