Complaint Details
I have taken service of hathway broadband 3 months back. My hathway id is 1162504393.after 2 months i renewed my pack for 2 months with 1530₹ hut after 2 days my wifi had been disconnected as hathway is not feasiable here and they illegally set up my wifi. They collected router and all things.i visited there office in green park .i mailed them thousand of times but got no reply..i haven't recieved a single penny of refund and they are just harassing and asking me to go from one place to another..i request you to please take some action.
