I have Purchased Digisol Wifi router(Model DG HR3400) in Sep 2016 it was such bad product giving me problem in one year itself have replaced it through their borivali service centre. Again this year replaced router giving same Problem now and I am continuously following up with service centre for replacement but no response from them.

I Was following up with Mr Sanjay Tiwari 8879399989 on both cases, he dosent even know how to address customer query. He wasted my two attempts to service centre in first attempt when i visited to Service centre for my model replacement, it was not in stock. even though i have confirmed with Mr Sanjay Tiwari and then visited Service Centre. In second attempt they have given a different model as replacement which does not have all advanced the functions which my model is having.

So on 1st of october Mr Sanjay Tiwari has committed me that he will personally handover the router to me at my place but then after this i didn't received any call yet and when i tried to call he is not answering.

I really having a bad experience with Digisol Product and their Service.

Requesting you to intervene and take corrective action.
