Complaint Details
I was invited for a free gift voucher and a meeting and in the meeting I was offered lots of services and offers from Jukaso Corporate Office, Gurgaon by Mr. Gaurav Gupta who was Venue Manager there.

I was told that there are around 4000 to 6000 properties from jukaso and their associates without DAE properties which are additional.
Below are the other services which were offered.

Membership details offered to me were -
. 7 Nights/ 8 Days stay with Breakfast in Jukaso and their associate properties
7 Nights / 8 Days stay with Breakfast in DAE properties on payment of Rs. 6999.
Banquet booking facility in all the Jukaso properties with option of hiring our own caterer.
Studio Apartments with own cook facility.
and many more freebies which doesn't need any mention at this time.

Trusting the Jukaso team, I eventually felt in the trap and bought the membership for 5 Years. In the evening itself I got call from Ms. Smita from verification department and none of the above basic statements were stood true completely so I held back my confirmation and verification.
My membership ID is 120145.
After few follow up I found this company and its staff a bunch if liars and it was a dirty trick to sale membership and I do not want to continue with it. Therefore, I hereby request you to please cancel my membership and I also demand full refund. I have not confirmed my membership yet and not availed any service. Within 24 Hours of buying it I put my request to cancel it.

Though, after so many mails and personal meetings, the company and its manager Payal Khanna is denying my due refund which should have given to me in 90 days period.

Kindly accept my complaint and help me.
