Dear Sir,


After seeing the advertisement on online platform & social media, i have ordered a saree for my mother & the order got delivered on 23 Apr 18 through Aramex consignment number 41914448645, but when I opened the parcel i was surprised to see that the saree whose marketing is being done by Sohpkio.com on social platform is almost different & substandard copy of what is shown to public through online platform & having differ pattern & color , hence moving forward i request the shopkio.com to kindly get the money refund or deliver the same sarre which being showcased in the website as on today's date but there is no satisfactory response received from their side & enjoying unfair trade practice & violating the consumer rights by misleading us.

So I request your intervention & support for resolution of my grievances as earliest.
