Sir,
I purchased 2 kgs.(1 packet of 1 kg & 2 packets of 500 grams) packed flour which is grind and packed by shop Mahavir Super Market themselves. I can't think about any problem in packed flour and hence did not checked at the time of purchase.

Next day my cook opened 1 kg pack and cooked chapatis but did not noticed any thing, next to that day she checked and found dust particle but thought particle came from outside(she told me when i found problem).
After 2-3 days when I was going to put the flour in container, I clearly seen Bug & dust from outside of packed flour.

This is second time I found problem in flour from above said shop. So I want to know what can be done against them to realise their mistake.
