Hi,
I have bought aquasure xpert ro+uv in 2015. From day of installation only it started leaking. When we raise a complaint techincian will come and he will say some thing or replace any product and will go.But the issue is not resolved. Later we have taken amc where wrong filters were used but we dont knkw that and we were drinking unsafe water. Now we have take 2 year amc and the water purifier started leaking again but the issue is not resolved. When ever were giving compaint they are saying they will send sr. Technician. But for that time it will stop leaking and again it starts. The technicians qont resond the calls. More that 20 times we have raised the leaksge complaint and more than 10 technicians visited my house. But no one is able to find the right answer. They will say some thing and when other technician comes he will say other. They are directly giving sensors. They even dont know the perfect tds levels. Finally after many escalations customer care neelima promised they will resolve it as early as possible and asked me to mail to deepa. When i have mailed to deepa, i clearly asked to replace the product or refund our amc amount. And she agreed for that and promised it will be resolved very next day. But now iam trying to contact many times they are saying some bla bla and saying they are escalating to concerned department again but iam not getting any reply from deepa. Even iam trying to contact neelima, they are saying she is not available. Please kindly help us. I can't trust any more in eureka forbes and their technicians because they dont know clearly about the products. And we drank unsafe water even after investing 30k including amc. Please help us making replacement of the product or refund of our amount. I cant clean the kitchen any more after leakage because of my ceserean operation and i had two months baby who is bottle fed. I cant give her that unsafe water from that purifier. Please kindly help us and resolve our issue either replacement of product or refund. Here iam attaching the mail discussions that happened.after that they are not replying and saying escalting and some fake reasons.
