Dear sir,
I am 3rd October I am searching some deals. So I am seen 1 drill machine which cost is atleast 7000 and the flash deal they sell only 3000 RS and also I am searching for all the details about it. Finally I am convinced to buy that product and I am adding money in my Amazon account 3000 rs so they giving me 300 RS extra ( I am surprised). but ufortunately product is missed and I am wait and serch again and again for that deal but product is missing so I am deciding to withdraw my money to my bank account return. I am calling coustmer care team and they ans you can buy any thing but you never withdraw your amount. So I am asking everything and they never give my money back. I need my money they said you can buy anything convincing for other products but not giving any thing. They are playing a game with coustmer. I am very frustrated about this. I am seen my payment but not using for my usefull product. Amazon pay is too bad wallet and also a wallet is that you can transfer to any person, any offline shops, any bank withdrawal. But this is amazon stuck wallet.plese help this is not good for any consumer.
