Your Engineeer from Shreeji Enterprise, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400093 visited on Service request MB017080018 on dated 21/07/2018, Invoice no 1118 billed for Rs. 8762/- (Suspension rod - Rs 2850, Sensor - Rs 1850, Capacitor - Rs 7250, S.Gen (34620000) Rs 2340, VCC - Rs 472) charged from me for replacement of above items.
He confirmed that after changing above parts, machine will not give any problem and will work without any issues.
Again, on 25/9/2018 (complaint no MB0918018284), same service engineer visited for issue of error 551 and loud noise from machine and suddenly lights of entire house will trip, after which machine stops working. He charged again Rs. 472/-, but the problem still persists. He conveyed to us that now Electrical wiring needs to be changed for Rs. 2800/-.
Today, on same complaint (MB1018005384), same engineer visited and told LEFT & RIGHT WIRING Rs 4700/- and DRY ASSEMBLY BEARING DRY HAB needs to be replaced for Rs 5800/- totaling Rs. 10500/- .
I feel that the engineer is not qualified at all and Shreeji Enterprise is looting customers by not analyzing the problem properly and charging heavily. Even after that the machine is not getting repaired and again fresh demand for parts coming to be replaced, coming up.
As a customer, I lost my machine in 4 years and needs to be purchased a new machine, due to untrained engineer, which is ruining the company image.
I request you to send qualified engineer and replace the parts free of cost as my machine got damaged, due to your engineer.
