Complaint Details
Made a MOU between me and above for Marketing of product. As per MOU, I paid/invested Rs 1.53 Lakhs for stock held by them. As per MOU they were to give me 15% profit margin every 45 days, since 15/Aug onwards, BUT NOT paid. They issued cheque later which has BOUNCED twice on presentation. Payment remains unpaid. I asked for Termination of MOU and return of my Stock or Value invested. Since more than 45 days they are AVOIDING my Calls, NOT terminating the MOU and NOT RETURNING my Investment of the Invoice value. I have given them several emails, a registered letter , and sms msgs, but NO RESPONSE.
