Have made my credit card payment via saraswat bank help desk the amount is INR 13500 and the amount is deducted from my bank but axis bank says they have not yet recieved the money i am away from state my wife visited a borivali brance they say that the system are down and i called the second time the staff sounded irrated and saraswat bank say the money is transfered so where is my money and not only worried about the money i will be charged late fee and it will effect my cibil , i have attached the screen shot of the payment made at saraswat and the bank statement of money deducted
