My mother a 65 year old senior citizen, has visited the Santacruz East station post office. I dropped her at 12pm and her work was done by 2.40pm. Reason: Computers not working, long queues, irresponsible staff and worst of all, they made her wait for additional hours as it was their lunch time. This is utter unprofessionalism. Senior citizens should be given first priority. These government servants are overpaid and should be dragged on streets for such behaviour. Next time this happens I'll enter the post office and slap the officer in charge. Then I'll teach those bastards a lesson they will remember. Whole day those scoundrels don't have work but they want to eat lunch on time. Ill kick their ass so hard whatever they have eaten will come out again from their mouth. Bloodly bastards.My mother is diabetic and having serious leg pain issue and these guys made her wait for two and half hours. Nonsense. Suspend them. Sack them. Send them to villages to run bullock carts and beg on streets.im very upset.
