Complaint Details
I bought 3 leggings cost Rs 600. I asked for larger size. They told me medium size will fit and if not they will exchange. After coming home I tried one it doesn't fit and I went to the shop and asked for exchange. Colour of the larger size was not available and asked me to buy anything for 400.I don't want to waste my money in buying other items. I was politely asking for the refund of my legging. They were showing more attitude on customer.Shop owner was treating rude and she told she will not give refund.I kept 3 legging on shop only as there is no use of taking home the smaller size. Given false promise initially and cheated my money.
