I have ordered a POCO F1 phone from the website https://mobile.mi.com/in/ on 30 Septemeber 2018 and I had paid them rs 17949 after exchange with ky old phone.They were supposed to deliver the product by by 4th October yet today on 10 October I have not got any product from them.Infact the productbhas not been shipped yet and The website is not leeting me cancel the order. Thier executives have lied to me constantly and they are not refunding me my money. Please help
