Complaint Details
There was a technical error due to which same name got captured for same pax same flight from airlines side and now airline is asking for 5000 penality for name change . There was a scheduled change also on the same gligtvand I was promised complete refund but now refused . Girl who promised complete refund and cancelled was Niharika
