Respected sir.
I ordered a mic which Is Karaoke wireless mic Of Rs.1300/- on 19 sep. From the online shopping website Amazon.in and I received my product on 22 but after unboxing I observed that both the cables and the mic both are not working properly so I requested for replacement and the product was picked up on 24 sep. And after that the replacement arrived near me on 2 Oct. But when I opened it it was also defective and now I am calling daily in amazon customer service but they are not sending any one to pickup the mic and nit refunding me my amount please help me sir.....
