Baggage damage report number HYD9W13294/30Sep18/1232GMT dated: 30-Sep-18 and your reference 011-724-662, 011-726-003 and 011- 726-088, and my discussion with your onsite authorized executive named SATYA on 30-Sep-18 at Jet Airways counter at Hyderabad airport

Vide above references Jet Airways damaged my suitcase during travel from Delhi-Hyderabad on 30-Sep 9W-768 flight vide PNR PMYGUP.
Then. Onsite representative Satya lodged the complaint, took my boarding pass, my baggage tag and nothing happened after that despite follow up, despite so many mails and phone calls and despite escalating to their nodal and appellate office. Rather, they keep sending same mail after every week with no action (attached the last thread)
