Grievance Details : order id-407-3796095-1794709 I purchased Airtel Internet TV only to watch online services like YouTube, SonyLiv etc from Amazon App on 04/July/18. It was clearly given on the Amazon app internet services like YouTube will work without an active DTH subscription (kindly check screen capture ). I was given 2 months free subscription DTH subscription which ended on 08/September/2018 and my Internet service like youtube and all others are blocked. I spoke with Airtel and they informed me Internet services do not work without an active DTH subscription and asked me to contact Amazon. I spoke with Amazon and asked me to contact Airtel. This product is no good to me because I don't want to pay Rs. 700 for DTH subscription every month or anything. I already pay Rs. 650 a month for my Broadband Internet connection and then why should i pay additional Rs.700 a month for DTH. If this was told to me at the time of purchase i would have purchased any other Android box TV. There are many Android box TV available for less price than Airtel Internet TV. I have been complaining about this since 10 September 2018 and running from post to pillar.
