Complaint Details
I ordered 3 packs of perfumes online from Snapdeal. They delivered only 2 packs. I kept waiting for the third, and couldn't keep track as I was travelling overseas. When I came back and discovered it hadn't yet been delivered, I raised a complaint.
Snapdeal DENIES ME BOTH THE PRODUCT AND REFUND. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY SAY THAT SINCE I AM RAISING THE COMPLAINT 7 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, THEY CAN FOREFEIT MY MONEY.
