This is reference to ticket booked under booking ID PKBWMK that there is a typo error in the name of first passenger. The name shall be "Amita Jhunjhunwala" instead of "Amrita Jhunjhunwala". The letter "r" has been added by mistake. I booked the ticket at 21st October midnight and next day around 11 AM while checking the mail I realized the typo error in name. Instantly I raised the request for error in spell name.
But they rejected the request and ask to cancel the ticket and rebook the ticket which will cost to me unnecessary.
