Dear Team, I have purchased a Nokia 6.1 Plus mobile on 4th October and received it on 9th Oct. Same day I've realized that fingerprint scan is not working. One 10 Oct I have tried to contact support team from my mobile and they couldn't resolve it, hence I have applied for return the mobile. Same day I've received an email stating that I need to get it validated at a service center and then they will take it back. I hvae been to near by Nokia Service Center (Delieght Solution, Secunderabad, In-charge name: Shiva) and got it validated. Immediately I've informed the same to support team over phone and made them to talk to Mr. Shiva nad he inform them that my issue with mobile is genuine. Support person (Asish, floor supervisor) told me that my will be taken and will receive a new one with in 5 to 7 business days. I told them that I can't wait that long due to the nature of my work hence requested for refund. Ashish told me that Nokia policies won't allow them to give refund, asked him where it is written in the website. He guided me to read Nokia policies. Based on Nokia seller policies, it is no where mentioned that if I receive a faulty mobile they will not refund my money. Every time either I call them or email them they will just copy and pastes same reply again and again. No one is responding properly and not giving my money back. I'm not sure what shall I do if they send me a new mobile. I don't want to continue with Nokia and face problems again. Please suggest me what shall I do and will I get my money back.

As per Nokia Seller policies 2.9 and 2.10 my issues is genuine and they aren't ready give my refund. (https://www.nokia.com/en_in/phones/seller-terms). Please help me what shall I do to get my refund not the mobile.
