Complaint Details
My mother who is 70 years received a call from an international number which rang once and showed a miss call on her mobile, the missed call was received at 11 pm. She did not respond nor took any action on the miss call. The next morning we get a message from Vodafone on over credit limit. We were shocked and immediately raised an alarmed with Vodafone service center. We were asked to send a mail to a concern team on this and we did the needed. Now the matter has been shared with a collection agency and they have been harassing me and my parents and chasing us for the fraud payment. Adding to my irony, I have been warned, if i do not clear the amount my number will be disconnected. As a loyal & a customer with long relationship with Vodafone we are been harassed and troubled for no fault of ours. I cannot understand the fact, why the dispute was submitted to an collection agency? Request for a solution on the issue. We cannot be penalized for no fault of ours. Request your advise and support on the same.
