Complaint Details
I had cancelled my Broadband Connection in August 2012. I received bill for 3k+ in Jan 2013 and I have been continuously reaching out their office. I had received multiple calls on Mobile from Recovery Agents all assured of help but no avail. I thought the issue had gotten over. Now the company has started to give notices, whereas the issue of overbilling, not responding to Customer Complaint is being swiped under the mat.
