Complaint Details
In July 2018,My Faber chimney stopped working, I checked on internet and gave my details ie address and phone no. and Pintoo patel called and reached my residence in an hour. He said that motor needs to be replaced and told me to take 3 years service contract. I paid 5000 for service for 3 years and 4 times in a year and 5500 for the motor. I found out from Faber that motor cost is 1800 only.Also, he took the chimney and said will install it back in 2 days. After following up for more that 15 days, I was told that they will return 2000 for motor cost. Without checking with me they changed 2 steel plates cover which are not original faber free of cost and constantly causes oil leakage. after such a bad service experience I asked Dilip to refund my service contract money and he agreed and asked for my bank details.Its been 3 months he hasn't given back 7000( 5000 service &2K motor charges. I seek your help for Rs 7000 refund at the earliest. This has caused me lot of mental agony.
