On 18/10/18 I raised a service request (2009823479)(2 year AMC) to replace broken waste water pipe only, water filter was working fine. The Technician came on 19th and replaced the pipe. .The problem started from here on, drinking water was not coming. We called up the technician he came after an hour and told he has done some mistake he will fix it now. Water filter was working fine until the technician replaced the waste water pipe. But drinking water stream has become narrow and waste water was coming excessively and taste of water changed by now. I raised another service request (2009924245). Another technician this time took out the water filters and started hitting with screwdriver and kept them back and told me he has fixed the issue and left. But the issue was not solved so I raised another Service request (2009972926). The same technician came back now he tells membrane is not working you need to pay Rs.2500 to fix the issue.
I tried to escalate the issue through the escalation process "https://www.eurekaforbes.com/escalate-service-request" to my surprise its not working(Escalation.jpg) getting failure message . I tried on many browsers but for no avail. I have 100mbps connection.
I called their customer care number but to my surprise they have no information about the escalation process.
