I had purchased Dr. Aquaguard magna HD+RO+UV on 2015. While servicing the product the next year (2016) the technician replaced the filter with a duplicate one. This was found out while servicing was done on 2017. Complaint was raised with the Service Manager (Aiyappan -Sarjapur Road, Bangalore). Since no bill was provided for the duplicate filter, I do not have the same. 2017, another technician replaced the filter with an incompatible one about which I came to know by 23rd of October 2018. Bill for same is available with me. I am currently residing in Chennai. The service manager (Mr Vignesh - Chennai) has no interest in solving my issue since the filters were replaced in Bangalore. SR# 2009877417 opened on 23rd of Oct 2018 has been closed without providing any resolution. SR# 2009877417 is the new service request currently open. I have asked Customer care team to replace the filters at no cost because of the mistake they did and the health risks associated with drinking unfiltered water from the so-called purifier. There is no proper response/help from either of the parties.
