I wanted to transport my Bajaj Activa two wheeler from Mumbai to Umbergaon. I searched the internet for vehicle transporters and called up to one Mr.Ashish Guntur from J.P.Road Carriers on phone no. 8954283434,. After detailed discussion about issue of LR, documentation, pick up, delivery, etc. he told me to transfer Rs.1000/- via paytm to his phone no. 9690077790 which belonged to J. P.Road carriers. He was to send me receipt of J.P. Road Carriers immetiately on receipt of the amount on my whatsapp no.9082486136. I transferred the money accordingly to the paytm account of his company and called him for confirmation. He verbally confirmed having received the same. Thereafter he stopped taking my calls. I lost my hard earned money. He had given his mumbai address as A wing, shop no.20, Wagle Estate, Road no.7, Jai Maharashtra Nagar,Behind Automatic Co Ltd., Thane West, Maharashtra, 400604.
I am a Lady, Sr. Citizen aged 64 years. Please help me in recovering my hard earned Rs.1000/-
