Dear Sir/Madam/Octagenerain,

We have done the booking for our Thailand Trip on 6th Sept in which we have paid for Insurance including in the Airfare tickets but it's been more than 2 months that we have not received our Insurance copy so far, the second issue is with the cashback of our Hotel Booking which was done on 12th Sept it's been again 2 months that we have not received anything from MMT despite calling them again and again and writing emails and escalating it we have not received anything from MMT side hence we are bound to register our complaint here in the Consumer forum because this is absolutely a cheating with the customer where you have taken the money from them and did not provide them anything back, will appreciate a quick response in the above matter as it's only 20 days to go for our trip and Insurance is still missing.i am enclosing the tickets as well as the hotel booking receipt for your reference.
