Dear Madam,
Around 01 august 2018 a banner was put up in ‘THE BOMBAY PRESIDENCY RADIO CLUB’ informing all members that one Mr. Gul Harjani of JETSETTRAVEL Services is planning to take a group of tourist to Eygpt on 2nd Dec 2018. As i was keen to visit Egypt , I contacted Mr. Gul and handed over a cheque of Rs. 50000/-.drawn on my account with ICICI BANK S/b acc. No. 623501174994. This cheque was deposited in the account of Jetsettravels P. Ltd. Due to my unfortunely , I had to drop out of this tour for personal reasons. On 21st aug 2018, I informed Mr. GUL of my inability of join the tour. I requested Mr. GUL to please refund my monies. Till date he has not refunded my monies. I request your goodself to kindly intervene on my behalf and request Mr. GUL to refund my monies.
