Hi,
I had an account Hathway for internet connection and discontinued their service in Jan 2018. A deposit value of 1500 was collected at the time of taking their connection for the router which was told to be returned when the router is submitted.. I submitted the router I. Feb 2018 at when I cancelled the account with them and was promised the cheque will be sent to my address in 45 days. After 3 months I went to their office as I had not received the cheque and they advised me it's processing and will take another 15 days..I went for the third time today and again the they are saying that it's still processing.. when asked what's the complaint process they said nothing can be done as it comes from Andheri office
Please advice what needs to be done in this situation
