Complaint Details
While buying Redmi 6A Pro on 2nd November 2018 through visa cc. I have issued payment through cc but Amazon has shown as payment cancelled. Hence I have tried to purchase through another account link to my laptop.
On 5th Nov I have received two mobile. Now Amazon is refusing to take mobile and refund money against cancelled and it was due to technical problem from Amazon. Please take necessary action that I can have money back and can return extra mobile that I have received.
