Complaint Details
I purchased a Canon EOS M50 digital camera from Lotus Electronics Jabalpur on 29th Oct 2018. On purchasing time they said the camera is not available in their stocks so they will deliver the camera on 1st Nov. On 1st November they attempted to deliver the camera but the package was already opened so I did not accept the package and they said they will deliver another camera by tomorrow i.e. on 2 Nov but they did not do anything. When I contacted then they said it will be delivered on 3rd November. Again they did not do anything. When I visited their store they said they will definitely deliver the camera on 5th November. They did not do anything. Again I reched the store and they said we will deliver it on 9th Nov. Today is 9th November and they are again saying that they will deliver it tomorrow.
