Respected ma'am/ sir,

I had ordered the Nokia 6.1 android phone, on the 11th of october 2018, through Amazon.in, because i wanted to avail the exchange offer, which was available only with the prepaid option. I paid Rs. 11,500 from my debit card and ordered it to be delivered to my father's office address.

We missed the delivery and called the concerned person within 5 minutes.

On 18th Oct 2018 I was informed that my product was lost in delivery. I was also imformed that it would be replaced and that i would receive a messages informing me the same. Instead I receive 2-3 calls for returning a faulty product and someone comes to collect the product to be returned.

When i called to complain at the customer call number, I was given the delivery person's number which was a wrong number (it seems the person does not deliver in my area at all).

I am a thoroughly harassed customer and seek your help.

To add to my woes further, i noticed on the 21st Oct 2018, that the Amazon.in website declares the product as delivered. When I enquire about the same, they assure me that the product would be delivered the next morning. Nothing has me been delivered even till today

When I demanded a refund, they refused to do so.

They told that they will conduct an investigation, which they apparentky did not and gave me an answer saying "sorry".

I have been calling continuously from then on but they have refused to give me my refund despite the product not being delivered at all.

I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.
