Complaint Details
I ordered the pizza from dominos through zomato by paying the through debit card. Due to some reason my order was cancelled by Dominos and asked that i will receive the refund in 7-10 days. On non receipt of refund after 10 days, I inquired from Dominos about the refund, they told that since order was placed through Zomato and paymnent was also made through zomato, we have processed the refund to Zomato. Despite repeated complaints to Zomato no action has been taken and still i have not got the refund.
