Hi, I brought a TV during the great Indian sale from Amazon, the cost of the TV was 29999. 1st delivery which I received was a defective and asked for replacement. The replacement was out for delivery but glitch in the system caused auto cancellation and refund was initiated without my approval. The offer was 10% cash back and no cost EMI. Amazon says to reorder the product but cannot give no cost emi. Now the product price is 31999. How should I proceed?
