Dear sir,

We Recently purchased 10kg India gate Rice, when we open the pack on 4rth november 18 we found huge smell and fungus in the rice.

Need replacement, store refuse to change asked to call and email to India gate, your customer care phone no. Never responded even we sent SMS also, now writing an email hope it reaches to you.
