As a dis heartened customer I feel cheated and manipulated by the false assurance given about the utility of the BYJUs App.( XI, NEET AND XI STATE BOQRD SYLLABUS).Verification Number 9967021936

I have already discussed this concerns with the customer care team.and the mentor.
It is absolutely shocking to see the pathetic preparation of the contents for the Maharashtra board. The contents for the presentatio is not in line with the text book. The presented contents are sur facial without in depth explanation of constructs and related concepts. The unit titles clearly reflect that the same contents are prepared across all states and the assurance that it is state specific and student specific is a huge lie.
The demo product is not complete and they just sell a product without showing us the full App Preparing for competI've exams and board exams are challenging with the content they have covered for the Maharashtra board and the NCERT syllabus is minimal..The questions are so direct and not in tune with the NCERT modules.
I am.also saddened by the fact that the concerned person from whom we purchased the APP has not lived up to his assurance s and has also blocked my number and is refraining from receiving calls.
Please do not commercial is r education and fool parents who slog to educate their children.
The App is so expensive and they cheat the customers because the syllabus is generalised and not state specific. I have sent more than ten. To fifteen mails but there is no response. Please save millions if children and parents who are manipulated by this commercialisation of education.
