I have been a salaried professional for last 18 years and have a good banking and financial background and reputation.
I have been an American Express Customer for last 7 years with no default history. This is to bring to your notice that due to one payment issue of Rs 6000/- with Amex, which was on account of annual renewal which was wrongly posted and due to their new policy of not making waivers, it was not waived up unless I make complete payment ( I was asked to which I refused ) , CIBIL has pushed down my scores in last 6-8 months from 750 to 628 now on account of not making due payments .They can check the data accordingly .
Since now I have my made the complete payment and the account is closed. Pls revise my credit score negating this impact. Due to this error in calculation, it is hampering my business finance requirements and monetary loss
