Dear Sir,
Please Find below complaint which i registered on above mentioned Id No; ID HDFCSL=004-064-696 . 2 Days has passed no matter resolved. Please take appropriate action:

Complaint:
I was sold a Policy no 20707690. by giving me wrong loan option,I was promised by Mr. Ajay kumar (mobile 9971084271) pretended himself as NBFC executive that some bajaj Finace company had been offering 0% Interest rate on Loan if i purchase a HDFC Life policy i.e. "Classic Assure Plus". But only one condtion was there that I have not to disclose this Loan option at the time of statement being recorded by your telecaller. Your telecaller called me several times every time i mentioned that about loan deal. every time telecaller immidiatly communicate this to Mr. Ajay to rectify this statement. Mr. Ajay Guided me that if I disclose about Loan then HDFC life people will deduct 10% agent commision from Loan amount. if you want to save 10% commision then don't disclose about Loan deal. Anyway but your telecaller was very much connected with Ajay Kumar, She immediatly communicate my conversation and finally She succeed in her attempt.Then I came to Know that it is mandatory to record statement from buyer of every policy to make it clear that buyer should not influnced by any wrong statement. In This case your satff (Telecaller) and Mr. Ajay entice me to buy unwanted Policy for their benefit. which is a very wrong business practice.
On Top of that after issuance and dispatch of Policy he kept me engaged in useless exercise like ID, Bank details etc.just to kill the option to withdraw policy with in 15 days. after this period passed he stopped to pick my call.
I tried to contact Agent whose details was mentioned on my policy, his address and phone numbers was fake.
I m shocked to know that how can HDFClife can Hire Agent without their KYC.
It seems that your company policy and your staff and your agent network is involve in this Gang to cheat the public and to sell your Insurance Policy.
Now It is requested that Return my entire paid premium amount with Interst .ASAP.
otherwise It will force me to take this matter on some appropriate platform.
