Complaint Details
WE bought a Renault Kwid which was delivered to us on 29.06.18. On 2nd July we found the car filled with rain water as there was a leakage from the dashboard. Renault took the car from us on the 5th of July and delivered to us on the 17th of July.
13th October the car broke down and would not move. WE had the car pushed home. Renault towed the car from our residence and returned back on the 22nd certifying that it was in perfect condition. The car did not run 500 mtrs and broke down again. Again this was towed to our building.
After plenty of phones and email requests they towed the car back on the midnight of 2nd of Novemeber 2018 at 12.14 am. Now they say the gear box is faulty and will be replaced but till today no news of the car.
WE have already purchased a new Maruti Wagon R and now do not need the Renault as have no confidence in the car.

The car is hardly run 1400 kms of which more running has been to and fro the workshop in Thane and Jogeshwari. Our daily car usage is just 8 to 10 kms.
WE have paid Rs 565,000. for the car and we need to get our money back. We have no trust in Renault to take any car ever from them. The purchasing of this car has been the worst experience as far as any automobile is concerned.
