Complaint Details
Bought a Motorola Pulse Escape bluetooth headset and it has 2 months of warranty left but the charging isn't working. Motorola isn't providing a replacement as it was bought from Amazon and is neither providing a Service Denial Letter which Amazon wants for providing a replacement
