Myself Dhananjay Mistry my handset model No-Yu5551 got suddenly full dead which was in warranty period so showed in nashik service center on 25 August 2018 but from them also mobile didn't start and they forwarded mobile to micromax company so after 2 week company person called me and asked me the problem of the mobile so i told him what was the problem with the handset so after that company person directly contacted with the Nashik service center and told that consumer has denied for the mobile replacement and the same mobile they have returned to Nashik center and now the nashik service center is telling that from your side replacement request has been denied so we cant do anything and now warranty period has also over and they are only telling that we will try our best and in between this 3 months have already passed and i am fed of this they are not giving me replacement or repairing of the mobile. I am totally helpless the mobile is with the Nashik Service center and doing nothing only waiting for the senior to reply and the senior person is not taking any action and i am not getting my phone from 3 months. So i am requesting to get into the matter and please solve my issue...
