Hi Sir,
I had taken a Top up loan from Bank of Baroda (Mulund west , LBS Marg branch). The loan amount was processed and sanctioned in November 2017 . I had a discussion with the branch manager and all the relevant charges were discussed and paid before the sanctioning of amount. I was told that any other charges would be waived off and hence the amount was sanctioned. I have been paying EMI regularly each month. Now, in November 2018, the bank has deducted an additional Rs 5,900 from my account claiming that these are up front charges which was not recovered at the start.

This is a scam by the bank. They are debiting money from my account after ONE YEAR claiming that the amount was not charged to you whereas the manager had not said anything during the discussion for top up loan during the initial days.

This is totally unfair and bank should have not processed my loan if it was mandatory for them to have the fees charged. They did not charge it up front because the branch manager decided to waive off. After one year a different branch manager comes in and he is debiting the amount saying that the discussion was with a different person and he is not aware.

The is a big scam and unprofessional behaviour by the bank and is a mental torture. They can come up with a new charge tomorrow saying that I did not pay up some fees couple of years back when the loan was processed and hence we are deducting now. What type of logic is this by the bank ?

They cannot debit amount from my account after on year claiming some charges. I need the full refund of the money and the bank needs to stop such behaviour of debiting amount claiming some charges after one year of loan processing.
