dear sir/madam
I was flying from mumbai to indore by flight no.9w 0383 dt 25nov.
we went to the counter for checkin. I requested for seat if can be given on emergency exit or in front side. I was told that the flight is full & two seats together is only in the back & i was given seat no 43A.
when i boarded the flight, i was surprised to see approx 20% seats were occupied.
This is really bad & such kind of lying is unhealthy. This was not happen for the first time but this was fourth time. Unless top managment issued this instruction or otherwise a serious action should be taken againt such staff.
